The World Lemur Festival is celebrated around the world during the month of October. Madagascar is home to many unique plants and animals that are found nowhere else on Earth, including lemurs. Join us at the zoo as we learn about lemurs and their world while having fun.

• Enjoy Lemur-themed activities and crafts
• Keeper talks (weather dependent)
• Lemur-focused Storytime book reading at 11 am
• Meet our lemur mascot, Ringo, and take pictures with him.
• Learn about the island of Madagascar and the challenges of deforestation and its threat to many animal species including lemurs.
