Zoobilee is Sold Out!

ZOOBILEE will be a fun-filled gala dinner dance celebrating the 120th Anniversary of the Brandywine Zoo. Enjoy music, dinner, dancing, silent auction, live auction, and the presentation of the Zoo Champion Award.
APRIL
Scout Night
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5, 4:30-7PM
Enjoy an evening at the zoo for this specially designed event for scouts and their families! There will be activities and learning stations geared toward scout requirements. This program takes place in the zoo so dress for the weather.

Stuffed Animal Vet Clinic
SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 10AM-12PM
Is your stuffed animal under the weather? Bring your favorite from home, or adopt one from the gift shop, to get a checkup with our zoo staff. Your stuffie will be examined, bandaged, or given ‘medicine’ to make sure they have a clean bill of health!
Earth Day: Party for the Planet
SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 10AM-3PM
Celebrate Earth Day the Brandywine Zoo way by joining us for our annual Party for the Planet event! Hosted alongside the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) and other AZA-accredited institutions, Party for the Planet is one of the largest combined Earth Day celebrations in North America. Partake in fun Earth Day themed activities, keeper talks, and more! Included with zoo admission.

Guest Bartending Event at BBC Tavern and Grill
THURSDAY, MAY 1, 6-9PM
Join us and our guest bartenders for an evening of drinks and fun in supporting the Brandywine Zoo! This guest bartending event will be held at BBC Tavern and Grill located at 4019 Kennett Pike, Greenville, DE 19807.
Help us reach our goal of $15,000! If you can’t make it out to the event please consider making a donation. All funds raised go directly to support the Brandywine Zoo
Spring Native Plant Sale
SATURDAY, MAY 24, SUNDAY, MAY 25 & MONDAY, MAY 26;10AM-2PM
Stop by the zoo front gate (zoo admission is not required) to purchase a 6-pack of native plants for $30. Each pack comes with 6, low-water, 5″x2″ plugs of native plant species and an instruction pamphlet with all the information you need for these easy-care plants.
Six-packs will contain:

- Beardtongue
- False Blue Indigo
- New York Aster
- Cinderella Milkweed

Brew at the Zoo (21+)

Lively, After Hours Fundraiser at the Brandywine Zoo! Enjoy a variety of beer, wine and spirits from numerous vendors, light fare provided by local restaurants, and specialty coffee from Lucky Shot. Food and beverages are included in admission ticket. Live music by Green Eggs and Jam. Brew at the Zoo is a fundraiser for the Delaware Zoological Society. Your ticket purchase helps further the zoo’s mission of conservation and education.

Sip & Stroll

Sip & Stroll through the zoo at our family friendly happy hour series, June through September. Each Sip will feature a local food vendor and live music, along with adult beverages, including craft beer and wine. Plus, our concession stand will be open with snacks and soft drinks.
Limited number of tickets will be sold. Drink and food purchases sold separately. Drink tickets ($6) and silicone cups can be purchased at the ticket window or snack bar.

Boo at the Zoo
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18 & SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19 10AM-3PM
Celebrate halloween zoo-style with this merry, not scary event.
All are invited to wear costumes while visiting the zoo animals. Plenty of treats and activities. Bring your own bag for treats. We’ll have activities for the trick-or-treaters and festive decorations for photo-ops. Brandywine Zoo members receive a discount for this event! Library passes, guest passes or any other promotion will not be accepted. Tickets available at door and online. Online purchase recommended.

Spirits at the Zoo

Celebrate halloween at the zoo for an evening of holiday revelry.
Enjoy spooky cocktails and liquid libations, light nibbles, and bewitching entertainment with live music by Green Eggs and Jam. Costumes are encouraged! Tickets include admission and entertainment.
