Brandywine Zoo programs change frequently to include new and exciting adventures around every corner. The following are free programs with your paid admission. Programs are subject to cancellation or change pending staff availability and animal health.
Visit the Lemurs
Daily @ 10:30am
Cone to the Madagascar exhibit everyday at 10:30am to see the lemurs let out and at their most active time of the day and watch them forage around the exhibit for their morning meal.
During Yoga at the Zoo (see dates below), the lemurs will be on exhibit prior to 10:30am.

Sensory Hour
Saturday, October 14 & Saturday, November 11; 9-10am
We invite you to visit the zoo for a quiet hour in the morning. Guests can enjoy sensory friendly stations in a less crowded atmosphere. This is a self-guided visit catering to guests with sensitivities, autism, disabilities and really anyone who could benefit from a quieter more inclusive experience.
Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Members can attend for free by emailing the DEAI Committee.

Join our keepers for weekly chats about the animals in the Zoo. Topics and animals change weekly, so there’s always something new to learn about our wild friends!

Stop by our Ambassador Animal Exercise Yard to meet a scaled, furry, or prickly friend, ask questions and learn more about these education animal ambassadors who live at the zoo. Featured animals change daily. Weather permitting, 50˚+
Storytime
Thursdays, June-August @ 10:30am
Join us Thursdays as we read and learn about animals. Each week will be a different book, so come back every week to read them all! Storytime will take place outdoors in the Wildlife Amphitheater.
